CROP TOTAL
trials on soybeans Illinois 2019

CROP TOTAL has an important influence on flower- and pod fixation. Soybeans demand a lot of energy during flowering /pod filling and applying CROP TOTAL on stage R1 or stage R3/R4 increases energy and causes more pods to develop and fill (less abortion).

On all trials, CROP TOTAL was applied on stage R1 at doses of 20 fl oz/ac at a cost of $ 18, -/acre. The total treated area was 35 acres of GMO beans and 20 acres of organic beans.

Results on GMO beans :

- Average yield increase: + 15 bu/ac on GMO-beans.

- Average yield on control was 63.8 bu/acre.

- Average CROP TOTAL yield was 79 bu/acre.

- Average ROI : + $90.- per acre.

- Trials A and B were sprayed CROP TOTAL only.

- Trials C and D were sprayed CROPTOTAL + fungicide (Delaro)

- Trial D obtained highest increase with +24.3 bu/ac.

- Trail A obtained lowest increase with + 8.1 bu/ac.

Tests on 2 trials showed that 1 application of 1.10lt / ha on R3 / R4 delivered good results, on average + 0.5 ton / ha.

CROP TOTAL cost per acre was USD $ 14.50 and ROI came in at $ 55.00 per acre.
